We purchased our first home in Eagle Rock with Roubina in 2009. So when it came time to sell our house this summer she was the first person we called. Roubina and her team made the process easy and smooth. Our house was staged, beautiful professional photos taken as well as a drone video, flyers and open houses scheduled the first 2 weekends we listed on the market. And through her efforts we received offers within the first week. Roubina was great with negotiating with buyers agents and quickly answered any questions we had. She was always available via cell, text or email. We closed escrow within 6 weeks of putting our house on the market and sold for full listing price! I recently bought a home in Rosemead with the help of Albert & Roubina. These 2 people were fantastic and they did it wonderful job in helping me purchase my first home. Especially Roubina who went beyond and to ask the developer to remove the upgrade package and lower the price to fit my budget. Albert also did a great job in working with the developer and the escrow during the funding stage when the bank delay my wire. Lastly, I was really impressed and happy and couldn't have done it without their help and I was really blessed. If you ever need to buy a house or sell a house please contact these 2 people they will help you and make your life a lot easier and you will be very happy at the end just a like the fairy tales

He did exactly as he promised and was always on top of things between staging, showing, doing open houses etc. as the market hit a snag Albert was always positive and was able to deliver on his promise and sold my home with highe than asking offer

We recently sold our townhome with the help of Albert and Roubina at the Condo People. They showed up for our initial interview and explained the sale process and their marketing philosophy. They set up a photographer to showcase our home and held two open houses. After accepting a great offer there was an emergency plumbing and cleanup issue in our garage. As we had already relocated out- of- state, they took the lead to resolve the issue. They kept in constant communication with us as the escrow process moved forward and closed on time for a higher price than we had originally anticipated. I would highly recommend them. We not only hired great Realtors but feel like we have made a new friend.

There aren't enough good things I can say about Albert and his team. 5 stars aren't enough. We would not have been able to buy our house (and sell our condo) if it weren't for Albert. He was incredibly responsive to texts and emails at any time of day (he would answer us within a few MINUTES), and was so patient with explaining the process and making sure we understood the status of all throughout the escrow process. He was so detail oriented and helped coordinate communications with any and all parties to make sure everything moved along quickly and smoothly.
